The Operation:
100+ Bedroom, City Centre Hotel, Conference and Banqueting facilites for up to 500 covers, Restaurant 60 covers, Bar 60 covers.
The Role:
To manage the Bar operation and satellite function bar. Manage and train staff, attend management meetings, ordering, cellar maintenance.
Successful Candidates:
Must have a proven track record within the Bar environment. Knowledge of bar and cellar operations, able to manage and supervise staff.
