Food Services Manager - Cambridge Conference Centre - £22/25,000!!!!!
The Operation:
Cambridge Conference Centre servicing the requirements of blue chip companies.
The Role:
To manage the front of house operation. In charge of 13/15 full and part time front of house staff. Managing the team, exhibiting the highest level of customer service. You will be organising staff rotas, training, entering stocks, answering email communications, placing orders, attending head of departments meetings and communicating with all departments.
Successful Candidates:
Must be flexible to fix into an exisiting team and an operation which has in place very strict guidelines in terms of operational procedures. Must be a strong people manager with the ability to teach and motivate a team and lead from the front. Personal presentation is crucial, must be presentable at all times. A knowledge of fine dining essential and banqueting an advantage. Department financial awareness will an advantage.
