Our client is currently seeking a Projects Coordinator to take responsibility for the complete Project Lifecycle. Management of all the machine orders, and would suit a highly organised and focused individual with previous experience in a similar project management role within an engineering team.
MAIN DUTIES: *Develop appropriate project plan for each machine order and integrate it with master project plan *Negotiate resource requirements *Identify and implement strategy for managing risks *Maintain a record of all key project data *Manage effectively specifications changes throughout the lifecycle of a project *Monitor project performance and take appropriate action to meet deadlines *Manage the coordination and communication between teams (e.g. project reviews)
SKILLS: *At least one year's experience in a similar project management role *Knowledge of MS Project *Some knowledge of JDE or other ERP system although training will be given *Previous experience within an engineering environment *Good communication skills and eye for detail. *Self motivated and capable of using own initiative whilst working with a minimum of supervision
HOURS OF WORK: 08.30 to 17.00 hrs Monday to Friday, with half an hour for lunch, although a level of flexibility is expected with regard to actual hours of work.
