Technical HR Author & Software Co-ordinator - Peterborough - £20K - £25K
My client is a leading provider of HR & Payroll IT solutions as well as outsourced HR & payroll support. The currently require an experienced HR and Web specialist to join their team in Peterborough.
The role will involve working with clients on website content in conjunction with the HR outsourcing team to ensure that content is legally compliant and conforms with the clients requirements. You will draft, collate and co-ordinate all editorial material for customer facing websites, intranet sites and portals.
You will also act as a system expert for web based literature, understanding the business systems and applications for which documentation is to be prepared. You will also ensure that “hot topics” are researched and appropriate updates made available to all web based products.
You will also help with the maintenance of web based products providing feedback on faults, cosmetic issues or updates. You will also help in the Co-ordination and preparation of any articles for various web products ensuring that all Employment Law related material are up to date. You will also be involved in maintaining client intranet sites in accordance to Employment law and Best Practice.
You will need to have previous experience of web editing and have experience from a HR background, specifically experience in HR, H&S and Recruitment as well experience of updating HR policies, procedures, documents and other technical literature. A HR or an Employment Law qualification would also be a benefit.
