Working for an IT Software company based in Cambridge. My client is looking for someone with an interest in a one to one training opportunity with their clientele.
Based in the West Midlands you will represent the organisation and be responsible for:
Organising and manage own work load and liaise closely with the Training Manager.
Scheduling appointments with clients.·
Liaise with Computer Order department and Dispatch with regard to training orders and deliveries.·
Update database with appointments.·
Check/confirm appointments with clients prior to visit·
Make sure all necessary travel arrangements are in place to ensure prompt arrival at training venue.·
Assess the needs of clients. ·
To provide the necessary support and structure to the training and continuously monitor the clients needs throughout.·
To provide on-going telephone/e-mail advice and support to clients where necessary.·
To complete all necessary paperwork including training forms, expenses forms and time sheets.·
To attend meetings, training events and exhibitions.·
To ensure product knowledge is up-to-date through self teaching and CPD.·
