Our Human Resources Information Systems team play a key part within PPD and interface with various teams within the business.
Due to business growth, we have a requirement for an HRIS Assistant to be based at our Rest of World Headquarters in Cambridge.
You will have a pivotal role in the business, and be responsible for the following:
• Processing Starters, Leavers and Change forms in an accurate and timely manner
• Running weekly comparative checks between data
• Offering advise and help on queries and projects
• Logging performance review reports
• Setting up User ID’s and reacting quickly to correct and discrepancies or changes
• Work closely with the HRIS Supervisor on ad hoc mini-projects
• Produce summaries of HRIS workload
You will be required to build close relationships with our teams across EMEA and the US, including IT, Finance and Human Resources. Working as part of the wider HR team, you will attend and contribute to HR and HRIS team meetings, as well as provide complex data for the completion of large scale exercises such as salary reviews.
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisation skills, as well as accuracy and an attention to detail. Discretion will be key, as you will work with highly confidential employee data. You must have advanced Excel skills and be fully computer literate.
