PPD are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant based from our Cambridge office. This role will involved providing administration support to clinical research projects.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills. Alongside a self-motivated, flexible and professional attitude.
Main accountabilities to include but not be limited to
Providing general administrative support for project team members
Maintaining of project files and documentation in an orderly manner
Coordinating travel
Assisting in the organisation of meetings
Maintain tracking databases
Other ad hoc tasks associated with clinical trials and office administration as required
Computer and typing skills: (Microsoft Office)
Self motivated, positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
