A Stunning Contemporary Boutique Hotel in south of Cambridge, part of a unique two small group of hotels, where quality and style really do matter is looking to expand their team. This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to be involved in a busy reception in this stunning Hotel.
You will be responsible for the smooth running of Front of House, ensuring that the highest levels of guest service are maintained. Duties:
·Check guests in and out
·First point of contact
·Deals with all guest queries, enquires and complaints
·Over view the restaurant and bar area
·Up date the Hotels web site
·The role is mainly 5/7 days, early and late shifts.
