Senior Administrator/Office Manager required for Maternity Cover Contract, starting in December for a 1 month handover period, before covering 12 month maternity leave starting January 2009.
The role encompasses all of the general responsibilities that come with office management - some resource management, HR duties, finance, admin, database management etc.
Ideal candidates must have several years relevant experience and have the following skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork
Able to work on own initiative
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good telephone manner
Efficient and flexible
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Location: Near Train Station, Cambridge
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm, with an hour for lunch.
