We are currently seeking to appoint a Learner Support Coordinator to work in our Skills for Life Department. The role will have responsibility for the learner’s journey from application to qualification. You will coordinate additional learner support and initial assessment. This will include the identification of students with specific learning difficulties/disabilities and the coordination of appropriate support needs in order to ensure their successful course outcomes. The successful applicant will be expected to assume a proactive role, guiding the team and supporting learners across our FE and HE provision. The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent and an AMBDA accredited qualification in the assessment of learners with Specific Learning Difficulties (Dyslexia) and should have or be working towards a practising certificate.
