Our client is a successful and expanding company seeking an Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal skills, ability to work under own initiative, enthusiastic team player with a good sense of humour.
Duties will include greeting and assisting all visitors, answering and directing all incoming telephone calls, liaising with clients, opening and distributing all forms of mail, use of Excel, Access and in-house software packages, monitoring and maintaining filing systems.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, 20 days holiday.
