Our client is a successful and expanding company seeking an Operations Assistant. The successful candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, good interpersonal skills, ability to prioritise and good organisational skills.
Duties will include raising and monitoring purchase orders from supplied information, collation of Operation and Maintenance Manuals, researching product and services costs, checking staff timesheets and preparing them for authorisation, supporting the day to day office administration as and when required.
Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch, 20 days holiday.
