Telesales Advisor (6 month contract)
Cambridge, UK
Salary: £ Excellent Base Salary
Our client is a rapidly growing business, specialising in the production and sale of antibodies and related products. They are a web-based business, with offices in Cambridge, UK, Cambridge, USA, Tokyo, Japan and Hong Kong.
Due to their continued growth a vacancy has arisen in their Marketing Department for a Telesales Advisor.
Telesales Advisor – Role:
The main aim of the Telesales Advisor position is to drive sales by interacting and building relationships with their customer base, re-enforcing the company’s value proposition, and increasing customer loyalty. In addition to this, the role will involve improving the quality of our client’s database.
Telesales Advisor – Candidate:
The successful Telesales Advisor candidate will be able work within a diverse marketing team and be able to demonstrate commercial acumen through a clear customer focus and market awareness. You will need to have a systematic approach to your work, be able to multi-task, and have excellent communication skills both written and oral.
The ideal Telesales Advisor candidate should have:
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in the Life Sciences
- Preferably some commercial experience in marketing or sales
- A demonstrable track record of successful product sales
- Additional European language skills will also be desirable
