Job Description
Our client is a leading organisation within the motor industry and one of the UK’s largest independent suppliers of high quality automotive aftermarket products and they are seeking a Branch Manager who can run the daily operations, driving sales and customer growth.
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing a team at their Peterborough branch and will need to be able to demonstrate professional managerial skills with a friendly and approachable attitude. A motivational and inspirational leader, you’ll drive sales growth through personal customer contact, and developing team performance and customer service levels.
This is a great role for an organised Manager with experience in a similar role preferably in the automotive sector, and a strong sales and operational management background: you’ll need this blend of skills to be successful in this very competitive market place.
The Branch Manager is responsible for all daily operations, profit & loss, team management and development. Therefore you’ll be a results oriented, KPI driven individual with ability to quickly understand where the opportunities are for growth – and be able to bring your new team along with you.
