Job Description
Group Leader - Cambridgeshire A cutting edge leading developer of display technologies based in Cambridgeshire has a fantastic opportunity for Group Leader to lead the process development team. As group leader you will be responsible for leading the process development team to provide continuous improvement and development of processes which will include surface treatment, printing, cathode deposition and encapsulation. The ideal candidate will come from a scientific/engineering background. You will have previous experience of working in a rapidly changing high tech environment and will have previous experience of managing a scientific/technical team in a complex environment. You will be able to manage conflict constructively and proactively. Knowledge of Japanese would be highly advantageous.
