Home Manager/RGN£40,000Suffolk / CambridgeshireRef: 980100This is really a wonderful opportunity. Good firm with a good reputation. They need a Manager with a twinkle in their eye and someone with panache and flair, as they have high expectations. The home has a one star rating and they want to achieve a two star rating and that is high on the agenda of the owner. The home is located 10 miles from Cambridge and they have 59 beds and cater for patients with dementia. You would need to be RMA qualified and have the dedication and perseverance to go the extra mile. Own transportation would be advantageous.
