Job Description

We are currently recruiting for the UK\'s first provider of comprehensive high tech and specialist pharmaceutical homecare. Working alongside the NHS, social and educational establishments and private medical insurers to ensure that patients treated in the comfort of their own homes receive the best possible care and attention. We are looking for Nurses with previous experience of Oncology care and ideally an Oncology qualification. You\'ll be caring for patients in their own homes receiving cytoxic regimens and other Oncology/Haematology related treatment.Successful candidates will be Registered General Nurses and have Oncology nursing experience essential. Phlebotomy and cannulation skills and experience of a range of chemotherapy regimes (oncology/ haematology) is desired along with the ability to communicate with client, client\'s family and a range of health and care professionalsThis role requires extensive travel within the community so candidates must hold a current driving license.Previous experience in home healthcare is not essential as training will provided.For details of other Sammons Healthcare vacancies please visit our websiteAll qualified applicants with current entitlement to work in the UK (including for example HSMP visas) are welcome.
