Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Home Manager to take on the running of a medium sized nursing home near March in Cambridgeshire. The home has 40 beds and provides nursing and personal care for older people and those with a physical disability. You will be responsible for overall management and development the home, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered and that it meets individual\'s needs effectively through effective management of staff and agreed financial targets.You will have excellent communication skills and have the determination to run a team effectively and drive the home forward.
