Job Description
Our client based in Cambridgeshire is seeking a Laser Assembly Technician. The successful candidate will have proven electronic, electrical and mechanical experience.
Job Description
In the role of Laser Assembly Technician, the main day to day duties will include:
* Assembly of laser components
* Cleaning and alignment of optical elements (lenses, prisms and mirrors)
* Checking electronic sub-assemblies
* Building, testing, operation, repair and maintenance of lasers
All necessary training will be provided
Requirements:
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a good electronic, electronic and mechanical aptitude and a flexible approach to work. Commitment, enthusiasm, self motivation and good interpersonal skills along with a willingness to tackle a variety of tasks are essential.
Experience in lasers is desirable but not essential.
