| As a Customer Advisor you are the face of the bank. You will welcome customers to the branch, making their visit friendly and relaxing, ensuring customers receive the level of service they expect. The role will involve: - Building and establishing lasting customer relationships. - Maximising business opportunities by selling various products to the customer - General Customer Service - Some administration Experience / Personal attributes: - Will have strong communication skills - Will have the ability to build strong relationships with customers - Will be punctual, flexible and self-motivated - You will have experience of working within a customer facing environment Benefits: - Opportunity to progress within the company - After 1 year you will get 38 days holiday including bank holidays Working hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm. |
