On behalf of our client based in South Cambridge, we are looking for a LEASING ADMINISTRATOR to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the UK head office of a large international food franchise chain. The main purpose of your role will be to provide a full administrative support service to the Leasing Specialists, ensuring accuracy and efficiency is key at all times. Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
• Maintaining the leasing spreadsheets and databases
• Printing, scanning and filing of documents
• Compiling, maintaining and updating lease files
• Gathering all relevant information for file paperwork (franchise numbers, insurance documents, etc,) from various personnel
• Adhoc report preparation, producing presentations for meetings/distribution/internal use, etc.
The successful candidate will have excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position, as is a personable and confident telephone manner. You must be able to work under pressure, often to deadlines and have a flexible approach to learning and development. Candidates coming from a Sales or Legal Administration background (or with some knowledge and an interest in property markets and the legal system) are particularly welcomed to apply for this position; however, this is not essential.
You will be educated to GCSE standard (or equivalent) and have a strong working knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Databases (Access & Excel). Your Excel knowledge should be intermediate or above (you must be able to create spreadsheets and work with formulas).
