Are you a qualified accountant with proven management accounting and costing experience? My client in Cambridgeshire requires a benefits analyst to work with the business in developing opportunity assessments and business cases for approval. You will need to provide effective reporting and project support and ensure benefits are agreed and embedded into business unit plans. Business units will be coming to you with proposed cost saving schemes and it will be your responsibility to look at each individual case in detail and report your findings at board level. Other duties will include heavy involvement in the budget preparation, assisting the finance and reporting manager in systems development to improve cost capture and reporting accuracy and ensure any changes to processes are communicated and implemented.
