The CompanyRobert Half Finance and Accounting are working closely with a prominent client and sector leader, based in Peterborough, to recruit an experienced Management Accountant to the position of Management Information Team Leader. This exciting client has a high profile in the financial markets as a result of major acquisitional growth and further growth is planned.The RoleThis is a commercially focused Divisional role, managing another person and reporting to the Finance Manager responsible for Projects & M.I. The role will involve the development of Divisional Reporting and the continued provision of quality Group management information, both financial and non-financial. You will need to work with complex financial information, developing and influencing internal relationships, in order to meet the business deadlines. A strong analytical mind is required, to identify trends and anomalies and to challenge the numbers and provide meaningful commentary. Strong MS Excel and I.T. skills are required. The role would suit a qualified ACA, ACCA, ACMA accountant, with relevant experience in a similar role. Financial Services experience, especially Life Reporting, would be the ideal, however, strong management reporting or management accounting experience in a medium to large sized organisation will be considered.Salary & Benefits£35,000 to £45,000 plus excellent benefits
