You will be working for a large, reputable company based in Histon.
Description: This is a fantastic position for someone that is looking to develop their customer service career. This role offers progression within the company both nationally and internationally.
This position requires you to be the first point of contact for everyone entering the building. You will also be responsible for:
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times.
- Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
- Post distribution
- General administration
- Switchboard operation
This position will suit someone that is highly customer focused, with attention to detail and a professional approach to work.
This role requires reception or customer service experience. This is a permanent position to start immediately.
