My client, a leading accountancy firm in the UK, is now seeking an accounts associate to join their Assurance team.
The successful candidate will work as an important team member on client assignments and projects delivering professional project, administrative, finance and research work.
You will also act as a key communication point between members of staff and partners on the team and, on occasions, with the clients directly.
The role will require the individual to provide support to the front line consultants particularly in respect of planning and project management.
The successful candidate may be required to work across a variety of my clients offices and on occasions, at the clients premises.
Due to the nature of the role, excellent communication skills are of the utmost importance as well as excellent visual accuracy and spelling.
Exposure to or previous experience working in finance is also highly advantageous.
The successful candidate must also be educated to A level standard or equivalent, including GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above.
Intermediate level Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also essential.
This role will commence on a 1 year fixed term contract.
