My client is one of the leading property searching companies in the UK, they are now on the look out for a valuation manager to join their team.
Your key purpose be arranging valuations on various types of second properties and preparing comprehensive reports supported with additional research.
This role will largely require you to manage your own work load and work to very tight deadlines, being highly organised and being able to work under pressure will be natural abilities you will already possess.
You will be speaking to a variety of agents who will be both members and no members so being able to delegate and provide clear instructions is integral.
Ensuring that reports have been returned and completed quickly, providing additional research to support your reports will also be a key activity.
You must also be a confident person as at times you will have to disagree with agents valuations, so being able to communicate reasons why confidently is important.
Having a good understanding of the housing market or estate agency background as well as being self motivated an influencer and eager to learn.
