Company
Prestigious Cambridge City Centre College serving students during term time and conference and banqueting events outside term time.

Role
Effectively and efficiently managing the College Bar to provide an in-term student facility and out-of-term conference delegate facility that is friendly, sociable and welcoming at all times.

Hours; Full-time (37.5 hours per week) - this role includes split shifts!

Skills
A minimum of 12 months' experience working in a commercial bar environment, experience of stock management and be highly numerate, able to handle cash and manage an electronic till. Able to work with minimal supervision, have a smart appearance and be able to keep calm in pressurised situations. Effective interpersonal skills and a high standard of attention to detail.
