Central Newmarket Hotel requires a competent Restaurant Manager to run their newly refurbished hotel restaurant.
Role
To manage the Restaurant and a small team of waiting staff. Duty Management shifts. To organise staff rotas, training and recruitment. Cashing up of tills and end of day reconcilliation. This role includes split shifts 5 days over 7.
