| Manager’s Position. The Pen Shop is Europe's largest Writing Instrument retailer, a friendly family owned business with over 60 years experience in the market place. We are about to open a new store in Grand Arcade Shopping Centre in Cambridge and are looking for individuals who have good communication, management and customer service skills. The successful candidates will be confident, dedicated and possess excellent leadership and motivational skills. Duties will include generating sales, motivating, coaching and directing staff, cash handling, serving customers, working to budgets and targets and ensuring the highest level of customer service throughout the team. Supervisory experience is essential. |
