Working for a leading and growing organisation my client is looking to expand their team due to business growth.
You will be providing telephone support to customers with queries and problems with equipment and software provided by them and limited support for a range of 3rd party applications.
You will provide Helpdesk cover and be resolving hardware and software related problems over the phone with their customer base.
You will be helping customers with the removal of viruses and adware over the phone,
monitoring the Helpdesk emails and voicemails and assisting with booking and resolution of customer repair requirements and the repairs of computers that have been returned.
