Test and Build Technician
Due to progression there is an opportunity to be a vital member of the team to esure that all computers are set up correctly with the software and hardware specified for my clients customers.
Some of your duties will include:
· Software & hardware installation (Mac & Windows)
· Data entry in to Everest (our database)
· Assembly of welcome packs for customer’s machines
Testing of hardware and software configurations as required by Test & build supervisor
Occasional reinstallation of software on repaired machines
Work with test and build supervisor to improve productivity and efficiency of system set ups
Possible opportunity to do occasional onsite set ups for customers
You will be alongside the R&D Assistant, Repairs Technician, Technical Support
Despatch and the Computer Order Processing team.
