Our client is looking a flexible person who has experience in Human Resources ideally completing or has a CIPD qualification. Candidates must be computer literate. Hours are 39 per week and may include some weekend work.
Duties will include:
- Co-ordinating the recruitment process
- Maintaining recruitment database
- Maintaining and administering pay and benefits policy
- Co-ordinating and administering training and development programme
- Providing support with induction training for new staff
- Administering company policies and procedures
- Assisting with administration for employment relations issues e.g. employment tribunals
- Assisting with the organisation of company events
- Co-ordinating exit interviews
- Providing full administrative support for payroll
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, including collation of data
- Assisting with management of internet recruitment and candidate management system
- Processing incoming mail for the HR Department
- Maintaining office supplies for department
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Raising purchase orders and maintatining budget logs for the department
- Ensuring all internal notice boards are up to date
