Assistant Catering Manager required to prepare and cook dishes, monitor stock levels, place orders for supplies and ensure high standards of service provision by other staff. Previous catering experience would be advantageous although training can be provided to the right applicant. The employer is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Appointments will be subject to CRB clearance and satisfactory references.
The position has become available in Linton, just outside Cambridge.
