Line Supervisor required for Manufacturing site based in Histon, Cambridge. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Supervisors responsibilities will cover the entire production process.
The standard shift pattern is Double Days but a flexible approach to working hours is required.
Main responsibilities include :-
q Accountability for line efficiencies
q Staff control and man-management
q Health & Safety
q Food Safety Regulations
q Product quality
The successful applicant will have :-
q Good knowledge of food factory operations
q Excellent communication and organisational skills
q Numeracy and computer literacy
q A positive and flexible approach to tasks
Salary circa £23K + £2972 shift allowance
