Candidate Manager currently seeks a Regional Sales Manager with a proven track record in management and new business development (including team and individual target delivery) and an ability to demonstrate the commercial acumen to work and succeed in a fast growing environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Management/ Leadership
Direct management of Senior Account Managers & customer service representatives
Regional target achievement (Individual target setting)
Accurately forecast monthly, quarterly and annual revenues
Competitive Analysis
Chair weekly sales meetings
Conflict resolution
Staff reviews/ appraisals
General office management
Sales/ Account Management
Research & build target list of organizations
Record activity CRM package
Cold calling
Presentations to Senior HR Management/ IT Personnels
Proposal Documentation
Contract Negotiation and Closure
Project Manage the implementation process
Account Management (Build rapport, ensure system utilization is maximized)
Individual Sales Target achievement
Qualifications:
B.A/ B.S in Business or related field.
A minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant sales experience
Previous managerial experience (Desirable)
Experience in selling software systems to HR professionals would be a distinct advantage.
Knowledge of the U.K. recruitment industry is also advantageous.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proven, successful sales track record
