Sous Chef - Rosette Restaurant/Hotel North Cambridgeshire - £25,000+excellent bonus scheme
The Operation:
Beautiful town Hotel, 2 Rosette Restaurant, popular conference and banqueting venue.
The Role;
To assist the Head Chef (Michelin Star and Highly Acclaimed) with the day to day running of this busy high quality operation. Mentoring junior chefs, maintaining high levels of cuisine, hygiene and food safety. Assist with the production of new menus.
Successful Candidates;
Must come from a Rosette level background! Minimum of 2 rosette experience. A good solid employment background. Preferably qualified to NVQ 3 level or City and Guilds equivalent. Advanced food hygiene preffered but not essential.
