Assistant/Restaurant Manager - Cambridgeshire Gastro Pub - £18/21,000 + tips!!
The Operation:
Fantastic village gastro pub situated in rural Cambridegshire Village 10 miles from Cambridge. 50 Cover Restaurant, 30 Cover Bar area.
The Role:
To run the front of house operation, organising staff/rotas, ordering bar and restaurant stocks, cashing up tills, all cellar work. Serving in Bar and Restaurant.
Successful Candidates;
Must have experience within a similar operation, a good knowledge of food, wine and real ales. Above all you must have a big personality/charismatic nature!!!!!
