Customer Service / Administration
Working for a growing organisation in the village of Sandon, my client is looking for a confident and customer focussed individual.
You will be:
Liasing with clients who are placing orders, making enquiries or in need of other assistance.
Inputting of order information and job instructions accurately onto their database.
Checking in discs of image files sent back to office by photographers, copying them on to the hard drives and uploading onto the website.
Range of general admin tasks to help keep a small busy office running smoothly
You will be a vital part of the team offering a back office support to internal and external customers.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and have the ability to combine an empathetic manner with a commercial perspective.
