Our client is seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrator. This is a key appointment responsible for our client's ‘Front-of-house’. You will be the first point of contact for most visitors & callers and will also provide some administrative support.
Tasks will include:
General reception duties
Providing refreshments & hospitality for visitors
Stationery stock control management
Ordering computer consumables
Internal room bookings
Contract administration
Administration of staff holiday & sickness records
Booking staff travel arrangements
Meeting coordination & diary management
Stock control and orders for publications
Printing and binding, documents
Asset tracking & inventory of IT equipment
Filing
Adding and editing contacts on database
Preparing packs of publicity materials
Other administrative tasks as required
Salary £15 - £16,000
