Our client is looking for a candidate with previous experience in outbound calling and customer service.
The role will include contacting customers who have previously bought products from the company to ask if they need more, processing orders, handling incoming calls, dealing with enquires and queries, updating and maintaining accurate database records, processing orders and dealing with associated administration.
Hours are 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday with 1 hour for lunch.
