After taking time out to volunteer for a charitable organisation in South America Rebecca returned to the UK and joined a prestigious independent agency. Rebecca then went onto create Bespoke Recruitment LtdTM in spring 2004. Since then the company has developed a reputation for providing a uniquely personal recruitment service specialising in supplying exceptional individuals for key permanent, contract and temporary placements in companies across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
Our team offers a wealth of experience: Rebecca (Tarran) Watts brings with her a passionate and refreshing approach to recruitment based on 10 years of understanding her clients’ needs and getting inside the heads of her candidates. Donna Davy has over 10 years experience in the event industry and is an outstanding account manager, and of course, there is our other major star – Teddy (the CEO), who makes no bones about the fact he is the only member of the team allowed take a nap in the afternoon
